Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Location: Geneva, IL (Hybrid/Flexible)
We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Marketing & Social Media Coordinator to help grow our healthy café brand. If you enjoy creating engaging content, working with local businesses and influencers, and finding new ways to bring customers through the door, we'd love to hear from you.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine creativity with execution and isn't afraid to take ownership of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Create and schedule engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social platforms
- Photograph and film food, drinks, and behind-the-scenes content
- Build relationships with local influencers, gyms, schools, businesses, and community organizations
- Plan and execute promotions, grand openings, and special events
- Coordinate email and text marketing campaigns
- Help manage online reviews and customer engagement
- Design flyers, menus, and promotional materials using Canva or similar software
- Track marketing performance and recommend new ideas to increase sales
- Stay up to date on social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the team
Qualifications
- Experience with social media marketing or content creation
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable taking photos and videos with a smartphone or camera
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, or similar design tools
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Restaurant, café, hospitality, or retail marketing experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
