Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Assist with prep work (chopping, peeling, portioning)
- Keep stations stocked and organized
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service
What We’re Looking For
- Prior kitchen or restaurant experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail & time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
Bonus Points For
- Experience preparing meals for dietary needs (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)
- Knife skills and comfort with kitchen equipment
