Krush is looking for a highly organized and dependable Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for several growing companies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You'll work directly with ownership to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage daily accounting functions, and help keep each business financially healthy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily accounting operations for multiple companies
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- Prepare and process payroll
- File payroll taxes and required quarterly reports
- Prepare and file Florida sales tax returns
- Pay vendors, subcontractors, and company expenses
- Monitor company budgets and cash flow
- Track project costs and job profitability
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit cards
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Assist with annual budgets and forecasting
- Work with ownership to improve financial performance
- Coordinate with the company's CPA for year-end tax preparation
- Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and reporting deadlines
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Strong QuickBooks experience (Online version)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
