- Provide services to individuals with substance abuse, ISP requirements, or intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
- Observation and documentation of self-administration of medication, as necessary
- Complete medication counts
- Assist with meal preparation
- Maintains a clean, healthy, and safe environment
- Treat each individual with respect, dignity and listening in a professional manner
- Facilitate groups to address treatment plan
- Complete clear and legible group and shift notes to reflect individual’s progress/regress in reaching treatment plans and goals
- Ensure individuals attend doctor's appointments as assigned by Lead House Parent - transporting individuals as necessary
- Document all concerns and upload all discharge paperwork
- Participate in monthly staff meetings
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Valid Drivers License
- Experience working with the individuals with Substance Abuse diagnoses and/or Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities (Preferred)
- Fingerprint Based Background Check of the Georgia and Federal Criminal History Record
- Drug Screen
- Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for seven years
- Current Auto Insurance
- High school or equivalent (Required)
