Responsibilities (Varies by Role):
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Assist with daily living activities (CNAs)
- Administer medications and treatments (LPNs/RNs)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate documentation
Qualifications:
- Active state license/certification (LPN or CNA)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay Rates:
LPN:$36.00-$40.00/HR
CNA:$23.00-$24.00/HR
