HVAC Service Technician Requirements:
- 5 years of HVAC Technician experience
- Drivers License
- EPA Certification
- US work authorization
- Experienced with various HVAC equipment (Split Systems, Mini split, Package Units, Condensers, Zoning System, etc.)
- Knowledgeable in Preventive Maintenance programs and activities for commercial and residential buildings.
- Applicant must provide own hand –tools, meters and gauges
- Knowledgeable in working with the new refrigeration R54B and R 32.
- Experienced in diagnosing and servicing ultra low NOX furnaces.
HVAC Service Technician Responsibilities:
- Identify the appropriate way to satisfy our customer's needs
- Cross promote all products sold by the business
- Ensure all appropriate tests are performed and documented during maintenance
- Ability to manage time and remain organized
- Maintaining HVAC Equipment – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, or installing and replacing components of entire systems
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on out of season equipment.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance.

Pay: $20.00 - $45.00 per hour
