We are currently seeking a full-time Assistant Vice President (AVP) Accounting & Finance to join our dynamic Accounting team.
Pay Range

Our ideal candidate will make $107,550 to $113,525 for this role.

This role is eligible to participate in the ITCU Exempt Employee Incentive Program, which can pay up to 18% of the annual salary, prorated based on the date of hire. (This incentive is based on the credit union achieving established service and financial measurements).
Education
-
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required; Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Master's degree preferred.
Experience
-
A minimum five (5) + years of progressive accounting or financial management experience in a financial institution required.

Ability to facilitate budgeting, preparing tax returns/reports, audits and overseeing an accounting team.

Working robust knowledge of Microsoft Office, ASC, Power BI, ALM / IRR modeling, CECL, and compliance with Federal Bank Secrecy Act and Money Laundering rules required.
