Position Overview
As General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the full scope of gym operations including sales, staffing, marketing, member experience, and day-to-day leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based culture and is ready to help build a powerhouse fitness community.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Leadership
- Lead all daily operations including front desk, personal training, facilities, and cleanliness
- Hire, train, schedule, and manage gym staff and fitness professionals
- Ensure alignment with W.O.L.F. brand standards and operational excellence
- Manage budgets, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
Marketing & Social Media
- Execute local and regional marketing strategies to grow awareness and foot traffic
- Manage and grow the gym’s social media presence across platforms
- Coordinate events, in-club promotions, and referral programs
- Collaborate with W.O.L.F. corporate for unified branding
Sales & Membership Growth
- Drive individual and team sales performance
- Set and track daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Convert leads into contracted gym memberships (12-month commitments)
- Develop local partnerships to drive referral traffic and corporate memberships
Human Resources & Admin
- Oversee payroll, scheduling, and timekeeping
- Manage HR duties including onboarding, performance evaluations, and coaching
- Maintain legal compliance with all employment and safety standards
- Foster a positive, motivating culture aligned with W.O.L.F. values

Compensation Structure
Base Salary:
$50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience) + Preformance based incentives

Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of experience managing a fitness facility or high-volume retail/hospitality location
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team to performance goals
- Competence in payroll, scheduling, hiring, and HR-related responsibilities
- Social media savvy — knows how to create engaging content and build an online following
- Passionate about fitness and creating a dynamic gym culture
- CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
