Your Role as an RN:
As a Registered Nurse, you will lead and support the clinical team while ensuring the highest standards of care:
- Oversee the admission process for new residents
- Collaborate with physicians during rounds
- Delegate and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality care delivery
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes appropriately
- Perform ongoing physical and mental health assessments
- Educate residents and families on care plans and treatments
