Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate with custom picture framing experience to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting with warehouse operations, frame production support, material handling, order preparation, and quality control. The ideal candidate has experience working with custom frames, moulding, matting, glass/acrylic handling, and understands the importance of accuracy and craftsmanship in a production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and stock framing materials including moulding, mat boards, glass, acrylic, hardware, and supplies
- Pull and prepare materials for production and customer orders
- Assist with custom picture framing production including cutting, assembly, fitting, and packaging
- Inspect frames and finished products for quality and accuracy
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and framing tools
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and production areas
- Assist with inventory counts and inventory accuracy
- Package and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure products arrive safely
- Coordinate with production and shipping teams to meet deadlines
- Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience required
- Custom framing experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with framing materials, moulding, mat cutting, and frame assembly
- Ability to read work orders and accurately measure materials
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Experience using saws, underpinners, or framing equipment is preferred

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
