Essential Job Duties:
- Responsible for hardware assembly and software programming of physical security and network devices such as cameras, NVRs, access points, switches, etc.
- Responsible for communicating with internal and external customers to develop and deploy customer specific software configurations
- Responsible for coordinating and maintaining daily production requirements
- Responsible for performing new order assessment and determining requirements for order completion including networking requirements, First Article process and associated testing
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Responsible for reporting and documentation requirements
- Responsible for performing special projects and other miscellaneous duties as requested by management
- Provides support for all CCC Team Leads as necessary
Reporting Relationships:
- Receives supervision from CCC management
- Daily contact with coworkers, sales, technical support, product manufacturers, customer support, & customers, in person and by phone
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Technical degree or equivalent work experience required.
A+, Network+, or other technical cert is a plus but not required
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work in a team environment and be open to change
- Must possess good number aptitude and reconciliation skills
- Must be detail oriented and accurate
- Must be technically oriented and possess a good working knowledge of IP network setup, Microsoft software usage and deployment
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds infrequently
- Must be able to understand basic English
- Sitting at a computer terminal for extended periods of time
- Job also requires some overtime hours, including weekends
- An essential function for this position, based on business necessity, is that the employee must be physically in attendance at his/her workstation at the designated company office location during the normal business hours designated for the position
