About Rumble
Rumble Boxing combines boxing-inspired workouts with strength training in a high-energy, music-driven environment. We're looking for outgoing, motivated team members who love connecting with people and are excited by sales, fitness, and delivering an exceptional member experience.
Please Note: Hoboken & Jersey City are independently operated studios. Applicants will be hired for one location only.
What You'll Do
- Convert first-time guests into monthly members through consultative sales
- Meet monthly membership sales goals (based on scheduled hours)
- Welcome members and guests with exceptional customer service
- Conduct studio tours and answer questions about memberships
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email
- Check members in for class and assign bags/floor spots
- Process retail and membership purchases
- Resolve member questions regarding billing, memberships, and studio policies
- Support day-to-day front desk operations
Schedule Requirements (Required)
Minimum 20hrs
Before applying make sure you can CONSISTENTLY AND PERMANENTLY commit to one of the following weekly schedules:
Morning Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 5:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Evening Shift
- Monday–Friday
- 5:00 PM – 8:30 PM
Weekend Shift
- Saturday–Sunday
- 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Applicants must be available for the entire shift schedule they are applying for.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 20 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in Hoboken or Jersey City
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Sales, hospitality, retail, or fitness experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications
- Boutique fitness or gym experience
- Experience with ClubReady or similar CRM/POS software
- Familiarity with the Rumble Boxing brand
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay
- Commission on all in-person membership sales
