Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Specialist to join our growing print and sign company. The ideal candidate has experience in graphic design, print production, and sign manufacturing, and can create high-quality artwork while supporting daily production operations.
Responsibilities
- Design signage, banners, vehicle wraps, apparel, promotional products, and marketing materials.
- Prepare production-ready artwork for large-format printing, DTF, vinyl cutting, CNC, and digital printing.
- Use Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit designs.
- Collaborate with customers, marketing, and production teams to ensure accurate and high-quality results.
- Perform file setup, preflight checks, color correction, and quality control.
- Create basic videos and motion graphics using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (preferred).
- Maintain organized project files and meet production deadlines.
- Assist with production, finishing, packaging, and installation preparation as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in graphic design within the printing or sign industry preferred.
- Hands-on production experience with large-format printing and print preparation.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, RIP software, or web design is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Portfolio showcasing design and production work is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
