Overview: We are combination GP/Urgent Care clinic looking to add the right associate DVM as we grow. Shifts are flexible, but we are looking ideally for 2-4 shifts a week. We are open Sun-Thurs 9-7pm currently, but have plans to expand to 7 days a week.
About us: We are two former Utah emergency vets (Dr. Tadlock and Dr. Ravitz) that decided to leave the corporate world & open our own clinic in 2024. Our clients love that we are locally owned while still practicing high quality medicine!
Responsibilities
- Managing urgent care walk-ins on non-procedure days
- Seeing scheduled GP wellness appointments on non-procedure days
- Performing scheduled soft tissue surgery (spay, neuter, cystotomy, mass removals, etc.) on procedure days
- Dental cleanings/extractions on procedure days
- Handling emergency cases and procedures (ublocking cats, performing thoracocentesis, stabilizing emergency cases prior to transfer if needed)
- Occasional emergency soft tissue surgery (Foreign bodies, pyometras, etc.) but this is not required.
