Mainland Outdoor LLC is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join our team!This is not your typical sales job. If you're looking to sit behind a desk answering emails all day, this probably isn't the position for you.We're looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and getting out into the community. From working the front counter to door-to-door sales, B2B sales, and representing Mainland Outdoor at local events, you'll play a key role in helping us grow throughout the Golden Isles.
What You'll Do:
- Front counter sales and customer service
- Door-to-door and B2B sales
- Attend community events and networking opportunities
- Build relationships with residential, commercial, and government customers
- Assist with inventory and merchandising
- Help develop new ideas and opportunities to grow our business
What We're Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred
- Inventory and merchandising experience is a plus
- Creative, self-motivated, and outgoing personality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of outdoor power equipment or the landscaping industry is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Compensation & Benefits:
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Starting at $18/hour
- Performance-based bonus incentives
- Paid holidays after 90 days

We're a new company with big goals. We proudly carry Hustler Turf, RedMax, Husqvarna, and Kawasaki Engines, and we operate a full-service repair shop with a knowledgeable parts department.
Our mission is to become the trusted name for outdoor power equipment, parts, and service throughout the Golden Isles. We're looking for someone who wants to help us build that reputation from the ground up.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
