We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and passionate Personal Trainer to join our team and help our members build strength, confidence, and healthy lifestyles.
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Personal Trainer with availability during our peak morning hours. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about fitness, enjoys building relationships with clients, and is committed to delivering exceptional training experiences.
Preferred Availability
- Monday – Friday
- Availability between 5:00 AM and 12:00 PM
- Additional hours may be available based on client demand
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one personal training sessions
- Develop individualized fitness programs based on client goals
- Provide coaching on exercise technique and safety
- Track client progress and adjust programming as needed
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Assist with member retention and engagement
- Maintain a clean, professional training environment
- Support gym events, challenges, and community initiatives
Qualifications
- Personal Training Certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM, or equivalent preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others succeed
