Job Overview
We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartender/Servers to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for wine and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender/Server , you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, lite food items and ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Manage the bar area by keeping it clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and giving change.
- Assist in catering events or banquets as needed, ensuring that all beverage services meet the event's standards.
- Maintain knowledge of current drink trends, menu items, and specials to effectively promote sales.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies when necessary.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while serving food and beverages.
Requirements
- Previous experience in bartending or food service is required
- Strong sales skills with an understanding of retail math to manage transactions effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Must be of legal drinking age as per local regulations.
