We are looking for a Patient Experience Coordinator who thrives on creating exceptional experiences, building meaningful relationships, and helping patients confidently move toward better oral health. What You'll Do
- Create an outstanding first and last impression for every patient.
- Build trust through warm, confident, and professional communication.
- Answer phones with excellence and help patients schedule the care they need.
- Protect the doctor's and hygienists' schedules through proactive scheduling and follow-up.
- Support new patient onboarding from the first phone call through the first visit.
- Encourage patient reviews and referrals through exceptional service.
- Utilize scripts and communication tools to consistently deliver a five-star experience.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Identify opportunities to improve systems, communication, and efficiency.
