Huron Valley Catholic School, a vibrant PreK–8 school located in Ypsilanti, Michigan, is seeking a long-term substitute teacher for 3rd Grade from March 2026 through June 2026.

Position Details:
- Grade Level: 3rd Grade
- Dates: March – June 2026 (end of the school year)
- Responsibilities:
- Teach all core subjects including religion, math, reading, writing, science, and social studies, following the Diocese of Lansing curriculum and Michigan standards.
- Maintain a structured, faith-filled, and engaging classroom environment.
- Communicate regularly with parents and collaborate with fellow staff.
- Support the spiritual and academic growth of each student.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education (required).
- Valid Michigan Teaching Certificate (preferred).
- Practicing Catholic (preferred) with a commitment to supporting the mission of Catholic education.
- Experience working with elementary-aged students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Compensation:
Competitive daily substitute rate, commensurate with experience.
