We are hiring a Technical Services Dispatcher. You are the voice our clients hear, the person who keeps our technicians moving, and the link between clients, techs, and management. Most of your day is on the phone, in our ticketing system, and working directly with the team. If you love technology, love people, and love moving fast, you will thrive here. What you will do
- Answer incoming client calls and log requests in our ticketing system
- Assign and schedule technicians based on skills, location, and urgency
- Act as the daily liaison between clients, technicians, and management
- Keep clients updated on arrival times, progress, and next steps
- Adjust the schedule as priorities shift throughout the day
- Coordinate with management on priorities and escalations
- Track open requests through to completion and follow up with clients
What you need
- A real enthusiasm for technology and how things work
- A genuine love of talking with people all day
- The ability to provide frequent customer service updates to clients
- Calm and organized when several things happen at once
- Reliable onsite attendance and a friendly, professional manner
- Basic computer comfort, including typing while on the phone
- Willingness to learn new systems and technology
