The Nurse Supervisor leads our clinical team in a fast-paced outpatient endoscopy center. This role is responsible for overseeing daily clinical operations, supporting staff, ensuring high-quality patient care, and maintaining a positive, team-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and support GI Techs and clinical staff
- Coordinate daily staffing and patient flow
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development
- Promote quality patient care and patient satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with clinical policies, safety standards, and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with physicians and leadership to support efficient operations
- Participate in performance improvement and staff education initiatives
- Help maintain supplies, equipment, and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in GI, endoscopy, critical care, or outpatient surgery preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
