Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restoration Estimator / Sales / Project Manager with a specialized focus on mold remediation. In this multifaceted role, you will lead the estimation process, drive sales efforts, and assist in project management to ensure successful restoration projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will help clients restore their properties efficiently while maintaining cost control and quality standards. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess mold damage severity, scope of work, and safety requirements; develop comprehensive remediation plans accordingly.
- Prepare accurate and detailed restoration estimates using industry-standard tools such as Job Nimbus, ensuring all costs are accounted for including labor, materials, and equipment. We don't work with Xactimate.
- Lead sales initiatives by engaging potential clients, presenting solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to grow the company’s restoration services portfolio.
- Prepare changes of order estimates / invoices.
- Collaborate with clients on contract negotiations while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on restoration or mold remediation projects.
- Ability to estimate reconstruction - bonus.
- Proficiency in estimating software. Job Nimbus is highly preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Hands-on site experience demonstrating familiarity with mold remediation processes and safety protocols.
- Ability to effectively manage costs, pricing strategies, and project timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
