This position is responsible for completing various administrative, customer service, and production tasks.
· You will answer customer inquiries by email, phone, and in person, providing prompt and courteous service. Building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their questions are resolved efficiently will be an important part of your role.
· You will accurately enter customer order details into our Order Management System (OMS). Maintaining attention to detail will help ensure orders are processed correctly and on time.
· You will manage and prioritize customer orders to keep production running smoothly and meet delivery expectations. Your organization and attention to quality will help ensure customers receive exceptional finished products.
· You will assist with a variety of production tasks including operating printers, binding, cutting, folding, among other finishing processes. Working collaboratively with the production team will help ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
· You will support mail processing activities, including preparing mailings, printing envelopes, and running the mail inserter. A high attention to detail will help ensure all mail pieces are completed accurately and ready for distribution.
· You will prepare and provide quotes for customer orders based on their project needs. Clear and accurate estimates, as well as excellent customer service, will help create a positive experience from start to finish.

Hours
Approximately 35-40 hours per week, on site. Remote work is not offered for this position. Hours will be focused on weekday shifts during our regular business hours, but occasional variability in schedule may be requested from time to time. Candidates with specific schedule preferences and/or needs may discuss during the interview process.
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
