What You’ll Do
As a Lawn Care Technician, you’ll:
- Apply lawn care treatments at customer properties with precision and care
- Answer customer questions and recommend additional services when appropriate
- Serve as the friendly, professional face of our company
- Complete daily paperwork accurately, including production logs and vehicle inspections
- Work outdoors in all seasons, from summer heat to brisk fall mornings
- Perform physical tasks including walking long distances, lifting 50 lb bags, and pushing equipment across lawns
- Deliver top-notch customer service while efficiently meeting production goals
- Advance through our career ladder, gaining certifications, equipment access, and higher pay along the way
What We’re Looking For
- Valid/current driver’s license
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs multiple times a day
- Ability to walk for extended periods
- Willingness to learn—experience is great, but not required
- Alignment with our company’s core values
