Early Enrichment Center is a medium size center based child care center in Concord, NH. We are professional, agile, and growing.
We are looking for future teachers who are looking to add on to a committed team of teachers. We are adding to our team to fit the demand for expansion in enrollment. Looking for some one who is familiar with the Implementation of NH Early Learning Standards curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child.
We are looking for a compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented Lead or Associate Teacher to join our toddler classroom team.
The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children and understands the importance of creating a warm, nurturing, and engaging environment where toddlers can learn, explore, and grow.

- Is willing to actively participate in classroom routines, activities, and daily care
Previous experience working with toddlers or in an early childhood setting is preferred. Relevant education and/or credentials are a plus.
Required Skills and Experience:
- A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
- Outstanding customer service skills and communication skills.
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role including all FBI and fingerprinting background checks
- Must be physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors. Must be able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
Responsibilities:
- Create a positive learning environment for children.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the individual needs of each student.
- Observe and assess student progress and development.
- Communicate with parents and guardians about student progress and development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, daily activities, and other relevant information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
