About the Hiring Process
To ensure a great fit, all applicants will first complete a brief screening call. Candidates who advance will be invited to participate in a second interview in store. This will be a fantastic opportunity to meet the team, learn more about the role, and showcase your skills.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver cannabis orders safely and on time, following assigned routes and schedules.
- Provide professional, friendly service with each delivery.
- Communicate with customers about delivery status or delays.
- Verify customer ID and age in compliance with state cannabis laws.
- Ensure orders are complete, properly packaged, and securely transported.
- Keep accurate delivery logs, payments, and customer signatures.
- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle safety checks.
- Report vehicle issues promptly and maintain a clean, organized company vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies (including No Passenger policy).
- Assist in-store during downtime with stocking, organizing, and customer service.
- Stay connected via Microsoft Teams, email, and company communication tools.
- Support marketing, outreach, and street team efforts as needed.
What We’re Looking For
Required:
- Must be at least 21 years old (per state cannabis regulations).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass all background checks required by state/local law.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Weekend availability.
Preferred:
- 2+ years’ experience in customer service, delivery, or related role.
- Interest in cannabis products, effects, and usage methods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Teams, Office 365).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with a wide range of customers.
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 50 lbs.
- Walk short distances and climb stairs during deliveries.
- Stand, sit, bend, and reach as needed.
- Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions (deliveries are made in a company-provided, air-conditioned vehicle for your comfort).
