Full-Time Transactional Attorney (5+ Years Experience Required)
Job Summary
Our growing law firm is seeking a Full-Time Transactional Attorney with at least five years of experience to join our collaborative team. As a Transactional Attorney, you will work alongside our managing partners on business, real estate, and estate matters while guiding clients through all stages of transactional deals and contract drafting. We proudly serve the Los Angeles and South Bay areas helping clients protect their assets, navigate complex agreements, and proactively prevent disputes.

Responsibilities
The Transactional Attorney will:
- Prepare, draft, and review contracts, corporate resolutions, and governance documents
- Draft and review complex real estate documents, including commercial leases, buy-sell agreements, and deeds
- Structure and handle business entity formations, dissolutions, and asset purchases
- Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence for corporate and real estate transactions, including asset purchase agreements, promissory notes, etc.
- Advise clients on risk mitigation, compliance, and strategic deal structuring
- Support the managing partners on sophisticated transactional matters
- Perform administrative and case management responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide outstanding client service
Qualifications
- Active member of the California Bar in good standing
- 5+ years of experience as an Attorney handling corporate, real estate, or trust and estates transactions
- Strong knowledge of California contract and business laws
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, drafting, and contract negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative legal team
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain composed under tight closing deadlines

Pay: $160,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
