Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces, using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment
- Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to maintain hygiene standards across all client properties
- Conduct floor cleaning and floor care activities such as vacuuming, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to ensure surfaces are spotless and well-maintained
- Manage laundry tasks efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items
- Dust surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and vents to eliminate dust buildup and improve air quality
- Handle manual lifting of cleaning supplies, furniture, or equipment safely during routine tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients to understand specific needs and provide excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, custodial work or janitorial services is preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, equipment maintenance, floor cleaning techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards
- Familiarity with cleaning detergents and proper handling of cleaning chemicals
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle outdoor work environments when necessary
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated schedules
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or outdoor work is advantageous
- A proactive attitude with attention to detail to ensure high-quality cleanliness standards
