ABOUT THE ROLE
We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated dry van regional account based out of Monroe, MI. This position is open to both recent CDL graduates and experienced drivers — no hidden experience requirements, no fine print. You'll run consistent regional lanes with reliable miles and a predictable Monday through Friday schedule. Every load is 100% no-touch drop-and-hook. No automotive freight, no OTR, no surprises. Home every weekend — guaranteed.
PAY & COMPENSATION
- Annual pay: $78,000 – $83,000
- Average weekly pay: $1,500 – $1,600
- CPM: $0.65 – $0.70 per mile
- Weekly mileage: 2,100 – 2,500 miles
- Sign-on bonus: $4,000
SCHEDULE & HOME TIME
- Home every weekend — guaranteed, not "most weekends"
- Monday through Friday operation

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate a CDL-A dry van tractor-trailer on dedicated regional routes
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT requirements
- Maintain accurate ELD logs and all required documentation
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety standards
- Ensure on-time delivery on assigned lanes
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid CDL-A license required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must reside within 100 miles of Monroe, MI
- Must pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screening
- Clean safety record and responsible driving habits
- Recent CDL graduates are encouraged to apply — no experience minimum
