Key Responsibilities:
- Perform EKGs and assist with patient injections.
- Conduct phlebotomy procedures accurately and effectively.
- Utilize Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems for patient documentation and data management.
- Assist with medication prior authorization requests, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Carry out manual blood pressure measurements and other vital sign assessments.
- Support the medical team in delivering exceptional patient care and maintaining a positive clinic atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- Current certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) is preferred; candidates with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience in EKGs, injections, and phlebotomy is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with medication management and prior authorization processes.
- Dependability and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Must possess excellent communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM to 12:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
