Role Summary:
Jacob & Co. is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to join our boutique team. This role is dedicated to maximizing sales, delivering an exceptional luxury experience, and cultivating long-term relationships with high-profile clients. The ideal candidate thrives on exceeding sales targets, excels in client engagement, and demonstrates expertise in luxury retail.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership:
- Drive boutique sales through proactive client outreach and on-the-floor engagement.
- Consistently exceed individual and team sales goals in a competitive, commission-based environment.
- Execute upselling and cross-selling techniques to optimize sales and increase average transaction values.
- Create customized shopping experiences that reflect clients’ individual tastes and preferences.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain a loyal client base by providing exceptional service and follow-up.
- Leverage CRM tools to track client interactions and develop personalized clienteling strategies.
- Manage client inquiries and resolve issues with a solutions-focused approach.
Luxury Expertise & Market Insights:
- Act as a brand ambassador, demonstrating deep knowledge of Jacob & Co.'s product lines, craftsmanship, and heritage.
- Stay updated on market trends, luxury competitors, and emerging client expectations.
- Use customer insights to provide actionable feedback on product development and sales strategies.
Boutique Operations:
- Assist with inventory management, product displays, and maintaining the boutique’s aesthetic.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and a positive boutique atmosphere.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of luxury retail or boutique sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated success in a high-performance, commission-driven sales role.
- Strong understanding of luxury markets and affluent clientele.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, Business Central Dynamics, or similar systems is a strong plus.
- A goal-oriented mindset with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
