Job Summary: (Day Shift ; M-F)
The Picker Processor is responsible for accurately selecting and preparing customer orders for shipment. This role supports operational efficiency, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction by ensuring products meet quality standards and orders are packed correctly.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
1. Select merchandise to fulfill customer orders.
- Pull products from inventory pods or storage locations.
- Verify shoe numbers, sizes, and quantities against order requirements.
2. Inspect product packaging to ensure quality and appearance meet company standards.
3. Pack orders for shipment.
- Follow instructions for special handling or packing requirements.
- Prepare single cartons for induction onto conveyors or shipping systems.
4. Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy targets for picking and packing orders.
5. Maintain organized and clean work areas for picking, packing, and warehouse spaces.
6. Perform all job functions in accordance with safety guidelines.
7. Support additional warehouse or operational tasks as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred.
Ability to meet productivity goals in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Basic computer skills required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift 30–50 pounds.
Preferred Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
