Job Description:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other lawn treatments, ensuring clients’ properties are maintained to the highest standards. If you have a passion for lawn care, excellent attention to detail, and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and accurately apply lawn care treatments, including fertilizers, weed control, and pest control products.
- Conduct lawn inspections to identify issues such as pests, weeds, or diseases and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Operate and maintain spray equipment, vehicles, and other tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering client questions and offering lawn care advice.
- Keep accurate records of treatments applied, including chemicals used and service dates.
- Follow all safety protocols, regulations, and company guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Licenses: Drivers License with clean driving record.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with lawn care chemicals, their proper application, and safety protocols.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and customer service skills.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting heavy equipment, working outdoors in various weather conditions, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Other: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
