Salary: $55,000 - $57,000 per year, based on experience
The General Manager position is to lead in all aspects of the restaurant operations and consist of 9-10 hours shifts during a varied 5-6 day work week which may include nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities Include:

Supervising employees in all areas of the restaurant during a shift

Teaching and training OPS manual policies and execution of systems

Perform all tasks and procedures to run a profitable and successful restaurant

Responsible for maintaining budgetary goals in sales, labor, food cost, cash control and accountability

Initiate counseling, training and disciplinary action and problem solution with crew in accordance with company policies

Interview, hire, train, evaluate and promote personnel
