Responsibilities
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance
- Manage staff, workflow, and inventory
- Provide exceptional patient care and counseling
- Drive business growth and patient acquisition
- Implement operational efficiencies and best practices
- Collaborate with ownership on expansion strategy
Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist license in Texas
- Retail pharmacy experience (managerial experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills

Compensation
