Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and strategic Senior HR Business Partner to drive impactful human resources initiatives across our organization. Duties
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support organizational goals and drive business performance.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing recruiting processes, and overseeing onboarding programs to attract top talent.
- Supervise HR teams to ensure smooth delivery of HR services, including employee orientation, performance management, and employee relations.
- Manage employee relations issues by conducting misconduct investigations, mediating conflicts, and facilitating resolution strategies aligned with legal compliance.
- Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing through systems like Workday or ADP, and ensure regulatory compliance with employment laws such as FMLA, OSHA, and workers' compensation requirements.
- Drive organizational design projects to optimize structure, roles, and workflows for maximum efficiency and agility.
- Implement training & development programs to enhance employee skills, support succession planning, and foster continuous improvement across teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supervising human resources teams with a strong background in talent acquisition, employee relations, and program management.
- Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance management, and regulatory standards such as OSHA and FMLA.
- Demonstrated skills in negotiation, conflict management, data analysis for HR metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent systems like UltiPro or Ceridian is essential.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and diverse audiences.
- Experience managing human capital management strategies including succession planning, performance evaluation, benefits administration, and employment law compliance.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications such as SHRM-SCP or PHR are preferred.

Pay: $71,230.15 - $185,782.54 per year
