Safeharbor Healthcare Services, a NYS licensed homecare agency, is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Supervising Registered Nurse to join our team in Staten Island, New York. The position offers flexibility of agency work while assessing and overseeing client care in a variety of settings.

Job Title: Nursing Supervisor
Location: Staten Island
Hours: 25 to 35 hours per week (flexible work week)
Salary: $57,000-$78,000 depending on experience and availability
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct client assessments, develop and appropriately revise care plans and collaborate with health care professionals and family to meet client needs
- Responsible for field staff engaged in the delivery of home care services and monitoring their performance
- Responsible for the maintenance of complete and accurate client records
Qualifications:
- Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a homecare agency, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation
