Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities through phone calls, email, networking, and customer visits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, distributors, schools, corporate buyers, and other customers.
- Present and promote company products to prospective and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on customer inquiries and sales opportunities.
- Meet established sales goals and contribute to the company’s growth.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and timely order fulfillment.
- Attend customer meetings as needed.
- Learn and stay current on the company’s products and industry trends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
