WellthCare sits on top of a group's existing plan at zero net cost to the employer. There is no carrier switch and no plan to replace. You introduce it to the clients who already trust you, and our team carries the enrollment and service load from there. You are not starting over or building a new book. You are adding one product your clients are already asking about, to relationships you have already earned.

Compensation
Commission based and recurring. You earn on every group that signs, and you keep earning as long as they stay enrolled. We will walk through the exact numbers on the call.
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
