Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm, professional manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently
- Escort guests to tables and ensure smooth seating flow
- Answer phones and assist with takeout orders when needed
- Provide accurate wait-time estimates during busy periods
- Assist the front-of-house team to ensure a positive dining experience for every guest
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous restaurant or customer service experience a plus (but not required)
- Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
