The Superintendent - Commercial Construction will report into senior construction leadership and take full ownership of on-site execution, including project scheduling and coordination.

Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Microsoft Project

Drive project timelines and proactively push schedules to meet milestones

Collaborate closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to ensure alignment

Oversee day-to-day site operations for ground-up commercial builds

Maintain strong client relationships through clear and professional communication

Ensure accurate and timely project documentation and reporting

Travel across regional job sites as required within the Front Range
