Blue Gate Hospitality is looking for a dependable, personable, and motivated Boutique Sales Associate who enjoys helping people, takes pride in their work, and wants to build a long-term career with our team.
As a Boutique Sales Associate, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience for every guest. You'll help customers find products they'll love, learn our merchandise, operate the register, maintain a welcoming sales floor, and work alongside a team that values professionalism and excellent service.

- Comfortable with sales — You enjoy learning about products and helping customers find the right items without being pushy.
- A team player — You are willing to help wherever needed and contribute to a positive work environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide friendly, attentive, and professional customer service.
- Learn and confidently explain our full line of products.
- Help customers select products based on their needs and interests.
- Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting.
- Assist with stocking, merchandising, and other store duties.
- Work cooperatively with team members to provide an excellent guest experience.
Schedule & Physical Requirements
- Varied hours, Monday through Saturday, including flexibility to work weekends as scheduled.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
