Caseco Team LLC is a fast-growing commercial janitorial and facility services company expanding aggressively in the Atlanta market.
We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional who knows how to open doors, build relationships, and close commercial service contracts.
This is not an account management position.
We are looking for a true sales hunter who enjoys prospecting, meeting decision makers, and generating new business opportunities.

What You’ll Do
- Prospect new commercial accounts throughout the Atlanta market daily Cold call facility managers, property managers, warehouse operators, and business owners Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting Conduct in-person visits with decision makers Build relationships with property management groups and commercial businesses Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements Close recurring commercial cleaning contracts Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Ideal Experience
- Minimum 3 years B2B sales experience Proven track record generating new business Comfortable with cold calling and in-person prospecting Strong communication and negotiation skills Highly self-motivated and performance driven Experience in commercial cleaning, facility services, staffing, or property management is a major plus
Compensation

Performance Expectations
First 90 Days:
- 25 outbound prospecting calls per day 10 in-person prospect visits per week Consistent weekly pipeline reporting Proposal generation and contract closing activity
