Key Management is seeking to hire talented individuals to join our growing family! Qualified candidate will be a highly motivated, self starter that's eager to learn while working in a face paced environment. Apartment Maintenance experience preferred.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to-
*Work closely with the Property Manager and resident to identify and resolve maintenance issues in their homes
*Maintain proper inventory while working within a budget
*Repair and make ready apartment homes for new residents
*Maintain curb appeal and amenities
*Repair plumbing as needed
*Drywall repairs, painting, carpentry, appliance repair and general building maintenance
*Ability to adapt to changes in workflow while meeting deadlines
*Willingness to assist other properties as needed
*Exceptional time management skills
*Emergency On Call required and must have reliable transportation
