Non-CDL 26’ Box Truck Driver – Full-Time
Guzo Express Logistics LLC is looking for a reliable, safety-focused, and professional Non-CDL Box Truck Driver to join our growing transportation and logistics operation.
The driver will operate a 26-foot non-CDL box truck transporting general freight, expedited shipments, and dedicated loads. Routes may include local, regional, and occasional OTR transportation depending on customer and freight needs.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 26-foot box truck
- Pick up and deliver freight safely and on schedule
- Load, unload, and properly secure cargo
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Complete bills of lading, proof of delivery, and other required paperwork
- Use GPS, ELD, smartphone, and delivery applications
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, shippers, and receivers
- Report delays, accidents, cargo damage, and mechanical issues immediately
- Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the company vehicle
- Follow applicable DOT/FMCSA regulations and company safety policies
- Represent Guzo Express Logistics professionally at customer locations
Qualifications
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- No CDL required for this position
- Clean or reasonably clean driving record
- Commercial driving or box-truck experience preferred
- Previous experience operating a 20–26’ box truck is a strong plus
- Ability to safely load, unload, and secure freight
- Ability to use a smartphone and GPS/navigation applications
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Professional communication and customer-service skills
- Ability to pass applicable background and driving-record checks
- Ability to meet applicable DOT medical and safety requirements
- Willingness to work local, regional, and occasional OTR routes
