Role Responsibilities Engage with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and analyze requirements. Translate business needs into functional and technical solution options. Support Oracle EBS processes related to Sourcing and Supplier Qualification. Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate mapping of requirements to system design. Prepare and review functional specifications, solution documents, and process flows. Support testing, issue resolution, and user validation activities. Work closely with project teams to ensure timely progress and resolution of open items. Provide proactive recommendations to improve process efficiency and solution quality. Desired Experience Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS 12.2.15.SQL/PL-SQL Solid understanding of Contract, Sourcing and Supplier Qualification processes. Proven ability to operate in a techno-functional capacity. Experience working directly with business users and delivery teams. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide solutions rather than just execute tasks. Experience in implementation, enhancement, or support engagements within Oracle EBS.
