As a Store Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of your store. You’ll lead the team, drive sales, manage staffing, and make sure every customer gets that Scooter’s Amazing experience – every shift, every cup.
What you’ll do:
- Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing barista team
- Hiring, training, and setting clear expectations for success
- Making sure drinks, service, and store standards are always on point
- Creating smart schedules that balance team growth and business needs
- Driving sales, managing labor and expenses, and hitting performance goals
- Giving ongoing feedback and handling accountability with confidence
- Owning store operations – from inventory and equipment to cash and safety
- Reviewing daily, weekly, and quarterly results to keep things moving forward
- Building a positive, high-energy culture where people want to show up
You’re a great fit if you:
- Have 2+ years of leadership experience in retail or food service
- Love leading people and building strong teams
- Can balance big-picture strategy with daily execution
- Communicate clearly, confidently, and with empathy
- Thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Take ownership and lead by example
