Sandia Window Cleaning is hiring dependable, hard-working Window Cleaning Technicians to join our growing team in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Responsibilities
- Clean residential and commercial windows using professional equipment and techniques
- Remove and reinstall window screens
- Clean window tracks, frames, and sills
- Operate water-fed pole systems, ladders, squeegees, and other professional equipment safely
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Represent Sandia Window Cleaning with professionalism and integrity
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Window cleaning experience is preferred but not required

Schedule
- Full-time
- Approximately 30–40 hours per week

Compensation
This is a commission-based position with no hourly pay. Your income is based on the work you complete, rewarding efficiency, quality workmanship, and reliability.
Commission
- Earn 15%–18% commission on every job you complete.
