At Method Aesthetics and Wellness we believe aesthetic treatments should be results-driven, ethical, educational, and rooted in genuine patient care. We are looking for an experienced, motivated, and passionate Master Esthetician to join our growing team and help us continue setting the standard for aesthetics and wellness in Southern Utah. This is not a “clock in and clock out” spa position. We are building a team of providers who are obsessed with patient experience, education, skin health, long-term results, and creating a luxury yet approachable environment.

Qualifications
- Active Utah Master Esthetician License
- Experience in a medical spa or advanced aesthetics setting strongly preferred
Strong knowledge of:
- Medical-grade skincare
- Chemical peels
- Microneedling
- Hydrafacial-style treatments
- Acne and corrective skincare
- Laser experience preferred
- Experience with retail sales and treatment plan conversions
- Comfortable with before/after photos and social media content

- This is a service-based position, which means your earning potential is directly connected to your appointment volume. We compensate you for the services you perform—not simply for being physically present in the spa.
Unlike a traditional hourly job where an employee may be paid to be on-site for a scheduled shift regardless of workload, an esthetician in a med spa operates very differently. Our services are by appointment, and they are specialized treatments that require a client to intentionally book and invest in that service. We are not a walk-in spa where clients come in throughout the day for quick services like a basic manicure or pedicure.
Because of that, there will naturally be days or portions of days where the schedule is lighter. When there are no appointments, there isn't a service being performed and therefore there isn't service-based income being generated.
Your income is ultimately influenced by:
- How consistently you are booked
- Your ability to retain and rebook clients
- Your ability to build relationships with clients
- Your ability to recommend appropriate services and products
- Your ability to generate repeat business
- Your overall performance and contribution to your book of business
That doesn't mean we don't support you. We absolutely want to help you build a strong clientele and keep your schedule full. But there is a shared responsibility: the business provides the environment, marketing, systems, leads, and opportunity, and you are responsible for delivering an exceptional experience that turns those opportunities into loyal, returning clients.
The goal isn't for you to sit at the spa waiting for someone to walk through the door. The goal is for you to build a successful book of clients and have your income reflect the value and volume of the services you perform.
In a med spa environment, the opportunity to earn more comes from becoming more consistently booked not from simply being present for more hours.
Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
