We are looking for an Audiology Technician to join our Hearing & Balance Team in Boise.
Attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot and utilize multiple applications simultaneously are essential skills for the ideal candidate.
This is a 5-day-a-week position with no weekends.
Responsibilities:
· Enter data into clinic audiology management system
· Process incoming hearing aids and supplies through clinic audiology management system daily
· Ensure hearing aids, accessories and supplies are received for upcoming appointments
· Assist with hearing aid appointments including walk-in appointments
· Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of department, equipment, and supplies
· Support Audiologists when needed
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned as our practice grows
Qualifications:
· Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
· Strong computer skills
· Must be detail-oriented
· Work well in a team-oriented setting
· Highly organized, able to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize tasks
· Customer service skills
· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
· Experience: 2 years of experience in a healthcare-related position
· Licenses/Certifications: None (must be willing to complete an Audiology Technician course online)
